Parking For Tenants & Customers
The Valois Bay Building is proud to offer free onsite parking for all tenants and their customers. There are 17 exterior parking spots in the building's parking lot which is located on the corner of Donegani and Avenue Baie de la Valois. They are strictly reserved for all tenant's and their clients, any unauthorized vehicles are towed at the owner's expense. There is also ample free street parking in all surrounding areas. It is important to note that we are located directly across from the Valois Train Station in Pointe-Claire's Zone 50. Click on the link below for information.
OCCUPANCY
How To Obtain A Certificate Of Occupancy
All occupants in the Valois Bay Building shall be in conformity with the planning by-laws of the City of Pointe- Claire. Each occupant will be responsible for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from the city prior to occupying the building. The permit application costs a one time fee of $115 and can be submitted online.
